Hello, my name is Linda Kellar. Welcome to my site!  I'm a painter in acrylics.  One of my current interests is recording scenes from the Gatineau Hills, an area in Quebec not far from Ottawa.  The Gatineau Hills have significance for me personally.  There is a sense of timelessness as you drive among the softly-rounded hills, searching out the family farms that appear unchanged from decades ago, a landscape that conjures up rural life as it used to be in many parts of the country.  

Another interest is the world of skyscapes and clouds.  For me, clouds represent freedom, tranquility (or turbulence), grandeur, and accessibility to all.  While the land and oceans bear signs and scars of human activity, clouds are still free from development, exploitation, and franchising.  

 A third current interest is interiors, how people organize and decorate their personal surroundings.  Have a look at my image gallery!
